Episcopal Health Ministries’ 2016 national conference is scheduled for September 15-17, in Carmel, Indiana. Saint Christopher’s Episcopal Church will be the host as 20 years of Episcopal Health Ministries are celebrated with this year’s theme, “Love Your Neighbor as Yourself.” Keynote speakers are the Rev. Melford E. (Bud) Holland, Jr., one of EHM’s early organizers, and Dr. Jody Horstman, speaking on Addiction and Recovery.
Proposals are being accepted for presentations at the conference. Topics requested are Recovery and Addiction Issues, End of Life Issues for Individuals and for Caregivers, Technology Grants and Resources, and How to Use Social Media to Increase your Health Ministry.
