Healthways SilverSneakers® Fitness program offers a variety of ways to help you get fit when, where and how you want. Offered as a benefit from participating Medicare health plans, Medicare Supplement carriers and group retiree plans, SilverSneakers is available at no additional cost to millions of members nationwide. Your membership includes: Access to a fitness membership to more than 13,000 locations nationwide, which includes all basic amenities and signature group exercise classes. It’s easy to enroll – just go to the location of your choice and show your SilverSneakers ID card. If you don’t have a SilverSneakers card, call 1-888-423-4632 (TTY: 711) with your health plan ID card handy. SilverSneakers FLEX™, which offers a variety of classes at indoor and outdoor locations outside of the traditional fitness center. FLEX includes classes and activities such as tai chi, yoga and walking groups and is offered at parks, recreation centers, shopping centers and other local venues (in select states). Online resources for ongoing support to help you reach your goals. Visit silversneakers.com to find fitness locations by ZIP code, browse FLEX classes and sign up, and request a replacement SilverSneakers ID card.
