SBLC services include: Learn to Earn which assists adults with resumes, job searches and interviews; the popular Book and Bear program which provides pediatric patients at South Baldwin Regional Center a free book and toy bear along with information for parents on the importance of reading; and tutoring for over 200 at-risk children in six local elementary schools.

The Holy Spirit Thrift Shop is an outreach ministry of Holy Spirit Episcopal Church in Gulf Shores. Located at 6786 Highway 59, the Thrift Shop is open from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm Tuesday through Friday and 10:00 am - 1:00 pm on Saturdays.
