On April 2, 2022, the Commission on Racial Justice and Reconciliation partnered with Christ Church Cathedral in Mobile, Alabama, for a Service of Repentance for Racial Injustice. Over 200 people gathered.



Bishop Phoebe Roaf of the Episcopal Diocese of West Tennessee joined Bishop Russell Kendrick of the Episcopal Diocese of the Central Gulf Coast for a conversation on creating Beloved Community. Advocacy groups from the local area held exhibits showcasing their mission, advancing the narrative on racial justice.
